CLEAR FORMS. PRACTICAL CHOICES.

Accessible starting points.

The editor is designed to support keyboard navigation, readable labels, and clear download controls.

Navigating the site and editor

Use the skip-to-content link at the start of the page. Navigation, editor steps, search, selectors, checkboxes, and download controls can be reached by keyboard. Fields have labels, error text, and required markers. Dialogs provide a title, description, focus management, and a close control.

The site follows your reduced-motion preference. The countdown is shown visually with a status message; it does not announce every timer tick through a screen reader.

Preview and document formats

The online preview presents document content as text. On a small screen, use Open full document preview to read the whole draft. PDF and Word downloads are available in blank and filled versions.

Generated PDFs are not certified PDF/UA documents and may not have a complete tagged reading structure. Choose Word when you need to improve heading styles, reading order, tables, or other document accessibility in a compatible editor. Review the final exported file for your audience.

No claims of formal certification

This site does not claim an independent accessibility audit or guaranteed compliance with a particular standard. Browser, assistive technology, third-party resource, and document-editor behavior can vary.

If a required form or submission process needs an accessible format, check with the receiving agency or organization for its official accessible version.
