Template entries and drafts
The application keeps your entries in browser memory. It does not submit those entries to a server, store them in a database, automatically save drafts, or put them into a search query. Refreshing or closing the page clears the draft. Downloaded files are saved through your browser and device settings.
The application does not request full card numbers, CVVs, full bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers. Avoid placing unnecessary sensitive details in free-text notes. Use an approved secure process for information a recipient legitimately needs.
Downloads and browser activity
PDF and Word files are generated locally in the browser. The PDF font and application files may be requested from the site host. The app emits a local browser event when you download a file; this build does not connect that event to an external analytics service.
The application does not set analytics cookies or persist drafts in local storage. Hosting or security services can have their own necessary request processing.
Hosting requests
Visiting a hosted website requires the host to process ordinary request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details, and timestamps. Cloudflare’s processing and retention depend on the deployment configuration and its applicable policies. This application does not promise that hosting-level request logs are absent.
Searching the library through a URL can place your search term in browser history and ordinary hosting logs. Search for document names rather than private personal details.
External links and your downloaded copy
Official source links open third-party websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices and may receive ordinary browser request information. We do not attach your template entries to the source link.
After downloading, you control sharing and storage of the file. Review access permissions before sending a document or uploading it to a document editor.
