Paperwork in Georgia.
Find the official resources behind the preparation notes. Use the exact document-specific requirements and current agency forms; a general template does not replace required filing, signing, notice, or transfer procedures.
Vehicle transfers & bills of sale
Georgia’s T-7 records the transaction, but it does not replace a title required for the vehicle’s model year and type.
Coverage: Motor vehicles in the documented guidance. Boat, trailer, firearm, and other asset rules require their own review.
Complete T-7 without alterations
The official T-7 requires vehicle details, party information, price, transfer date, mileage acknowledgment, liens or other encumbrances, and certification. Its instructions state that corrections or alterations void the form.
Document scope: Vehicle Bill of Sale, Motorcycle Bill of Sale, RV & Camper Bill of Sale
Georgia DOR — T-7 Bill of Sale and instructionsBring the title where required

Use the current DCA handbook for deposits, inspections, repair duties, and the dispossessory process.
Coverage: Residential rental research. Commercial, farm, hunting, equipment, and vehicle leases are separate subjects.
Use the recent handbook rather than legacy lease assumptions
The DCA’s recently published handbook covers habitability, deposits, move-in inspections, tenancy-at-will, family violence, and dispossessory proceedings. Record a detailed condition report, written repair notices, landlord identity, and the lease type. Check applicable landlord-coverage exceptions and the current statute before turning handbook examples into contractual deadlines.
Georgia Department of Community Affairs — Landlord–tenant handbookEstate planning & official forms

Financial POA witness and notary
The Division of Aging Services’ statutory POA publication describes a principal signature, one or more competent witnesses, and a separate notary or authorized official, with presence requirements. Use its complete form instructions.
