Paperwork in New Mexico.
Find the official resources behind the preparation notes. Use the exact document-specific requirements and current agency forms; a general template does not replace required filing, signing, notice, or transfer procedures.
Vehicle transfers & bills of sale
New Mexico requires the completed title assignment; the bill of sale supplies additional or missing transaction information where applicable.
Coverage: Motor vehicles in the documented guidance. Boat, trailer, firearm, and other asset rules require their own review.
Complete the assignment and odometer acknowledgment
Ensure the title contains the buyer information, seller signature, purchase date, price, and completed mileage certification. Both buyer and seller sign the applicable odometer statement.
Document scope: Vehicle Bill of Sale, Motorcycle Bill of Sale, RV & Camper Bill of Sale

Use the courts’ owner–resident resources and the appropriate official notice forms.
Coverage: Residential rental research. Commercial, farm, hunting, equipment, and vehicle leases are separate subjects.
Choose the notice for the actual problem
The courts provide landlord–tenant guidance and forms for rent, lease violations, and repair problems. Record the agreement type, asserted facts, cure opportunity, delivery method, and applicable section of the Owner–Resident Relations Act. Do not turn a late-rent reminder into an eviction notice simply by adding a date.
