Vehicle transfers & bills of sale
New Jersey MVC instructs the seller to provide the signed title and bill of sale. Complete the transfer at a vehicle agency.

Include the sale and mileage facts
Give the buyer the title signed in the seller section plus a bill of sale with buyer name and address, sale date, mileage, and price. The buyer completes their title section and required identification details.

Check the municipality before setting renewal rent.

Witnessed wills
N.J.S.A. 3B:3-2 describes a written, signed will and at least two witnesses. Its handwriting alternative is a separate rule; a generated typed draft should not be treated as an unwitnessed handwritten will.
